How we work with AI
STR3 builds an AI diagnostic platform and advises healthcare and MedTech companies on brand strategy. Both sides of that work depend on trust, so this page states plainly where artificial intelligence appears in what we deliver and where it does not.
In our diagnostics
nunNEO.prob3 is an AI diagnostic. Every report it produces is generated by artificial intelligence, and each report states that on the document itself. There are two pathways through it, the Brand Probe and the GTM Probe, and both run on the same instrument.
The framework the analysis applies, the Hidden Buying Committee model, the standards each report is held to and the verification each report passes before delivery are designed, tested and owned by STR3. The AI performs the analysis. The judgment about what the analysis must measure is ours.
Every report passes a senior review before it reaches a client. The method supports strategic judgment. It does not replace it.
In our publishing
Articles, posts and frameworks published under the STR3 name are written by people. Where AI tools assist with research or drafting, every piece is reviewed by a person before publication and is published under the editorial responsibility of Philipp Striebe. That is the human review and editorial responsibility standard set by Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and we hold to it whether or not a given piece falls within that law's scope.
How the method is governed
The method is documented and versioned. Every release carries a build record, so a report can be traced to the version of the method that produced it, and a finding that turns out to be wrong has a defined correction path rather than a quiet rerun. The discipline is borrowed from medical device quality practice. It is not a regulatory claim, and nunNEO is not a regulated device.
Every report states what the method could not see. Where the evidence was thin, the report says so rather than filling the gap.
How the method is documented, reviewed and improved is governed internally against the control set of ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for AI management systems. STR3 is not certified to that standard and makes no such claim.
With your data
Information submitted to STR3 or through a nunNEO intake form is processed under agreements that prohibit its use for training AI models. The providers involved, the safeguards on international transfers and how long we keep your data are listed in our privacy policy.
The transparency obligations of Article 50 of the EU AI Act took effect Aug. 2, 2026. This page reflects how STR3 meets that standard. If anything here raises a question, write to: privacy@str3.com
